Book That Condo is a new trend in property management, embracing the 21st-century demands of Vacation Rentals. We specialize in premium beach-front accommodations for vacationers, short-term rentals, and group stays. The cool thing about us is… it’s not actually about us. Book That Condo is committed to giving our customers exactly what they deserve, a personal experience coupled with quality and ethical service for each of our clients. For our owners, that translates into an inexpensive but effective way to market and rent each individual property. For our renters, we focus on simplicity offering multiple options while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Born in Panama City, Florida, Michelle has spent 22 years in the hospitality industry, with 13 of those at Book That Condo, where her role covers just about everything. Married with six kids in true “Brady Bunch” style, she also has two dogs: a Shih Tzu named Gizmer (the office mascot) and Tucker, her son’s puppy. Originally coming from an accounting background, Michelle found her passion in hospitality and has thrived ever since. She spends her free time indulging in crafts, shopping, interior design, and exploring local springs and lakes in Panama City.

Brittney, originally from Columbus, Georgia, has proudly called Panama City Beach, Florida, home for the past 20 years, cherishing time with her three energetic boys. As the Business Development Manager at Book That Condo for the past four months, she brings over a decade of experience in the short-term rental industry, including roles as General Manager and Director of Owner Relations. She specializes in guiding short-term rental owners through the complexities of the vacation rental market and current trends, aiming to build strong relationships and serve as a valuable resource for property owners and real estate agents. When not at work, Brittney can be found cheering on the sidelines at soccer fields, volunteering at school, or enjoying quality time with her kids.

With over 30 years of hospitality experience, she joined Book That Condo in early 2023 and takes pride in treating each owner as if they were the only one. She loves every minute of her role in this dynamic industry. In her free time, Dawn cherishes moments with her three beautiful grandbabies.

She has been with the company since April 2023, focusing on building strong relationships with owners to ensure their needs are met. Married to Jerry for 14 years, she is a proud mother to two boys, Jonah (10) and Elijah (6), and spends her free time with family while furthering her real estate career. In Panama City Beach, Cyndi loves trying new restaurants, taking her boys to Pier Park events, and enjoying the beautiful beach.

With two years of experience in short-term and two years in long-term property management, she leverages data and dynamic pricing to maintain strong occupancy rates and keep our properties competitive in the market. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting and selling heirloom-quality stuffed animals. Her favorite way to relax in PCB is by lounging on the lazy river at Shipwreck Island Water Park.

She is currently the Reservations Manager for Book That Condo, a position she has held for the past three years. Married to her best friend and most amazing man, Celeste cherishes her wonderful daughter, amazing stepson, and the most adorable and spunky granddaughter. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, is an avid crafter, and enjoys trying new restaurants and hanging out at Pier Park in Panama City Beach.
